Consultation Packages

Every engagement is tailored to your organization. Pick the package closest to your needs and we'll shape the details together.

Retainer

A professional arrangement where a company pays a recurring monthly fee for access to the consultant's expertise or for a specified project. Details of the retainership are discussed and mutually agreed upon after consulting with key executives of the company.

In this package, the company may include the name and photo of the consultant in its website. This package is limited to a few companies only.

Executive Accompaniment

This is similar to a retainer service but on a more personal level, that is, directly to a specific C-level executive within a company or its founder. Studies show that top executives feel lonely. Many times, they feel alone in carrying the heavy burden of pushing forward the enterprise under their care and may fall into burnout. The purpose of this service is to make top executives know and feel that they do not have to be lonely at the top.

The sessions are customized per client, as mutually agreed after an initial consultation. They may be conducted online or in-person. The consultant only accepts 12 clients at a time for this package.

The consultant may also develop a customized leadership course depending on the needs of the Board.

Family Business Advisor

Work related to the governance of a family business with pre-arranged regular meetings— monthly or quarterly—without necessarily being a member of the board. The consultation fee is arranged on a case-by-case basis directly with the family business owners.

The consultant may also help the clients draft a family constitution, aside from developing a customized leadership course depending on the needs of the Board.

Speaking Engagement

The consultant is booked to deliver a speech (in a program, conference, graduation ceremony, etc.), give a lecture (in a company, class, conference, etc.) or have an informal talk (with a youth group, employees, parish, business, etc.). He may also be commissioned to develop a (short) course for a specific group. The organizers shoulder the transportation and board & lodging expenses of the consultant-speaker and his assistant(s), if needed. The speaker's fee and per diem are arranged on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the engagement.

For a list of possible topics, see the list of services. The client may also suggest other topics.
